How TankShark works
1. Apply in five minutes
Tell us what you are building, the market, and the regulatory question in front of it. No pitch deck required.
2. Start building now
You do not wait on selection: download Apparently and start on your own account, at the published prices, the same day.
3. Cohort selection
Winners are chosen each quarter on the regulatory question, the market and the company’s stage, and told at the start of the quarter.
Apply to TankShark
Tell us what you are building and the regulatory question in front of it. Every applicant hears back, selected or not.
About the cohorts
Quarterly cadence
Cohorts are selected at the start of each calendar quarter. Apply any time; your application rolls into the next selection.
Judged on the question
We look for a real regulatory question in a regulated market: gaming and sweepstakes, prediction markets, payments and digital assets. The harder the question, the better the fit.
No equity taken
TankShark takes no equity, warrants or advisory shares. What Apparently gets is good companies building on it early.
Small by design
We would rather give a few companies meaningful support than spread thin across many.
TankShark is a programme of Apparently AI LLC, which is software and not a law firm. Nothing in it is legal advice or creates an attorney-client relationship, and no attorney is engaged by applying or winning. Apparently Law has no part in TankShark and does not advise or represent applicants; your legal opinions come from your own law firm.
