How Apparently keeps each organization's data separate, records significant actions, and leaves consequential steps to a person.
Data protection
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest using managed platform controls, and each organization's data is kept separate. From your database, the Mac app sends only the results of its checks, never rows. Secrets and integration credentials are handled separately from application content.
Records you can inspect
Significant actions record who acted, on what sources, under which decision and with what result, so the history can be reviewed after the work moves on.
Human control
Sends, submissions and other consequential actions stop for a person to approve them. The system distinguishes preparation from external action and never treats confidence as permission.
