Pricing questions
What is included in a gaming supplier licence fee?

Apparently’s fee covers application preparation, reusable company and principal data, disclosure coordination, fingerprint workflow, regulator correspondence, supplemental requests, and first-year maintenance. Regulator and third-party fees are shown separately and passed through at cost.

Why are Nevada and New Jersey priced separately?

Those application processes generally require heavier financial, background, and investigative work. The configurator keeps the additional service fee explicit instead of burying it in every market’s price.

When is legal counsel included?

Apparently completes repeatable analysis, drafting, coordination, and filing work. When a route turns on high-stakes legal judgment, the scope identifies the counsel gate before work begins and keeps that judgment with an authorized lawyer.

Are platform subscriptions required for licence execution?

No. Teams can purchase licence execution or legal work as a defined engagement. Platform access is available separately when you want regulatory guidance inside coding agents and a continuous governed record.

What can change a published estimate?

Entity complexity, ownership and principal count, target markets, missing applicant evidence, product changes, regulator-specific requirements, and accelerated delivery can change scope. Apparently confirms the final fee before the engagement begins.

Prices are in USD and describe Apparently service fees unless stated otherwise. Regulator, filing, fingerprint, bond, and other third-party costs are passed through separately. Estimates depend on product, ownership, evidence, markets, and delivery scope. Apparently AI, LLC is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice; work requiring legal judgment is identified and reserved for authorized counsel.
