Responsible disclosure

Report suspected vulnerabilities to security@apparently.cc with sufficient detail to reproduce the issue. Do not access customer data, disrupt service, perform destructive testing or publicly disclose an unresolved issue.

Customer responsibilities

Customers must protect credentials, configure appropriate access, connect only authorized systems and promptly report suspected compromise.

Security response

Apparently investigates credible reports, prioritizes remediation by risk and communicates material customer impact according to applicable agreements and law.
